Privacy Policy

  1. The controller of the personal data of users of the Platform is Zmorph Sp z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław, Tęczowa 57, 53-601 Wrocław, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Wrocław-Fabryczna, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under No. KRS 0000457459 , NIP (tax ID) 8992743204, REGON 02211164000000, e-mail
  2. Zmorph shall process personal data of the Users such as name, surname, e-mail address, residence address, payment card data, payment account details, tax information, data of business, order history, and other data provided by them.
  3. Zmorph shall process the aforementioned personal data for the following purposes: a) execution of agreements, b) execution of payments, c) delivery of the Software, d) handling complaints, e) provision of services in the Account, f) update of the Software, g) responding to inquiries or complaints, h) vindicate claims, i) verifying the use of the Software in accordance with the License Agreement, j) marketing and promoting own services, h) for statistical purposes.
  4. In order to verifying the use of the Software in accordance with the License Agreement and for statistical purposes Zmorph shall also monitor and process the following data: user email address, unique processor serial number, IP address, operating system, graphics card model, RAM amount, the interface components of the Software selected by the User, the model of the 3D printer you are using, the start time and end time of using the Software. You consent to the monitoring and processing of the above data by accepting this Privacy Policy.
  5. Zmorph may make available personal data of the Users to the entities assisting Zmorph in the performance of a sale agreement or service agreement, including suppliers and payment services providers. Zmorph may only provide data necessary for these entities to carry out their activities.
  6. Zmorph processes personal data of the Users according to the Act on the Protection of Personal Data. The User has all the rights resulting from this Act, and in particular the right of access to and the right to rectify the contents of the data concerning him or her, and the right to file an objection against the processing of his or her data, in the cases specified by the law. The User may write to in order to exercise his/her rights.
  7. Submitting personal data by the User is voluntary, but necessary to use the Account and the Software.
  8. Zmorph is not able to provide services to the User in an anonymous way, in case it is provided by the User with an pseudonym, or when provided with incorrect contact data, which make the execution of License Agreement impossible.
  9. Zmorph stores and processes personal data of the Users with security means consistent with the Act on Provision of Electronic Services. Transfer of personal data to the Zmorph's electronic system is secured with TLS 1.2 protocol using an 2048-bit RSA key.
  10. Zmorph may publish received questions related to the Service and to the products offered in the Platform and the answers given to them. Questions and answers shall be published without personal data of the questioner.
  11. The User may give consent to receive advertising and commercial information from Zmorph, including by means of electronic communications, also upon termination of the agreement with Zmorph. Consent is granted by the User by checking appropriate option on the registration form or in a statement submitted in other ways.
  12. The terms used in this Privacy Policy and not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms and Conditions of the Voxelizer Platform and Software.
