Thanks to voxels we can apply filters in 3D just like you would do with an image processing softwares in 2D. Every voxel stores information about its density, surface angle, depth and color. Because of this, we are able to modify objects surface and volume in order to increase print success ratio and model quality.

Currently there are around 20 filters and counting, divided in basic filters (Slimming, Thickening, Smoothing…), object refinement filters that increase the model printability (Remove holes, Remove noise, Selective 2D thickening…) microstructures filters for fantastic 3D effects or smart and custom infill types (Voronoi, Delaunay, Triply Periodic Minimal Surface) and segmentation filters.
